Resilience and vulnerability

CEP has long-standing experience and expertise around the resilience and vulnerability of communities to the impacts of climate change, flood risk and other natural hazards.  We provide research and advice relating to role of community resilience in emergency response and recovery, and the social and institutional issues relating to flooding, for example.
